Anna Iovine is currently the associate editor of features at Mashable. She’s particularly interested in the topics of sex, relationships, and queer issues. Anna is a graduate of Vassar College with degrees in film and economics. Prior to her role at Mashable, Anna was a social editor at VICE. Her freelance work has appeared in publications such as Slate, Columbia Journalism Review, and Condé Nast’s queer vertical, them.

The dating buzzword she coined, “orbiting,” was shortlisted for Oxford’s Word of the Year.
